||Novel imaging techniques of the eye, especially optical coherence tomography (OCT), drug delivery to the posterior segment, retinal vascular disorders and posterior segment uveitis. Over the past two decades, Dr. Duker has been instrumental in discovering clinical applications of OCT technology. He was one of the first to investigate the use of a long-acting ganciclovir implant for the treatment of cytomegalovirus (CMV) retinitis.
