Cattleya May is a board certified family nurse practitioner currently working in the specialty area of pediatric otolaryngology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. She earned her first degree in Biological Sciences from University of California, Irvine and worked as a research assistant and administrative assistant before pursuing a degree in nursing. Ms. May earned her master’s degree in 2013 through the family nurse practitioner program at Boston College and was a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation New Careers in Nursing (NCIN) Scholar. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Society of Otolaryngology and Head-Neck Nurses. She is also a member of the NCIN Scholars Network and is currently serving as Chair-Elect of the Steering Committee. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, exploring cities, and staying active by squeezing in the occasional outdoor activity such as golfing, snowboarding, or paddle boarding.
