Important information for those with Tufts Direct Health Insurance
As of January 1, 2017, Tufts Medical Center and Floating Hospital for Children will no longer be able to accept Tufts Direct, a public health insurance plan. If you purchased your health plan on the Health Connector, you will be able to continue to receive your care at Tufts Medical Center by going to www.MAHealthConnector.org and changing your plan to another public plan below:
- Minuteman Health
- BMC HealthNet Plan-Silver
- Neighborhood Health

If you receive your health insurance through your company, contact your human resources department to determine if there is an alternative plan that will allow you to keep your care at Tufts Medical Center and Floating Hospital.
