Precise Diagnosis and Personalized Care
Pediatric Radiology of Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center provides a full range of imaging services for pediatric conditions. Our dedicated doctors and technologists work with children every day, performing thousands of imaging exams each year. We see a lot of children, but we never forget that each one is a unique individual. Our in-depth knowledge of pediatric radiology helps us obtain the very best images for diagnosing and treating your child's condition.
Each procedure begins with a conversation with your imaging technologist, who will describe the exam to you and help to answer any questions. After the test, a pediatric radiologist will read the images and provide a detailed report for the referring doctor. We work closely with the referring physician and, when appropriate, with other specialists here at Tufts MC. This collaborative approach is crucial to making a fast, precise diagnosis for your child's condition.
Pediatric Radiology uses safe, state-of-the-art equipment to image every part of the body. Our services include:
- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
- Computerized tomography (CT) scanning
- Nuclear medicine
- Interventional radiology
Less Worry for You and Your Child
