Dr. Arlene Balubayan’s grant proposal entitled “Maternal Cell Microchimerism in Fetal Inflammatory Injury” for the Advancing Newborn Medicine Grant Program for Fellows in Neonatology 2009-2010 sponsored by Ikaria has been accepted.
Dr. Arlene Balubayan is also the recipient of the NIH Young Investigator Travel Grant Award, and the Ruth L. Kirschstein-National Service Research Award from the NIH.
Dr. Elisha Wachman’s grant proposal entitled “The Genomics of Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome” was accepted for a NIH Loan Repayment Program through NIDA.
Dr. Rebecca Hoban's is the recipient of the Tufts Medical Center Natalie Zucker Award (2011) which is a grant for neonatal resuscitation research in Africa.
Dr. Rebecca Hoban also received the Harvard School of Public Health Michael von Clemm Fellowship travel grant for neonatal resuscitation research in Africa.
Dr. Rebecca Hoban is the recipient of the Hitoshi Nikaidoh, M.D. Memorial Endowment grant (2011) which is a travel grant for neonatal resuscitation research in Lesotho.
Dr. Anjali Iyengar, Dr. Patoula Panagos, and Dr. Elisha Wachman are recipients of the Tufts Department of Pediatrics Susan Saltonstall Grant.
