B.E.L.T.S.

"B.E.L.T.S." - Because Everyone Loves To be Safe! is a classroom seat belt safety program for 2nd graders. It was created in 1996 by the New England District of Circle K.

Seat belt safety is taught with "Donnie Dinosaur" in an interactive format. The instruction booklet provides a step by step description of the program.

Second graders are old enough to understand the concepts of safety and seat belt use and young enough to accept the lessons and incorporate safe behavior into their daily routines.
