Hospitalist Program

The Floating Hospitalist program is a group of general academic pediatricians who provide tertiary care that is patient centered, evidence based and coordinated with primary and subspecialty providers. We teach residents and medical students hospital based pediatrics and supervise the care they deliver. We work as a team with the staff on the 7th floor to engage in continuous quality improvement to support a high level of patient care and patient satisfaction. We conduct and facilitate health services, medical education and health outcome research.
To admit a patient to the hospitalist service or to reach the hospitalist on call: 1-877 KIDS-FHC.
