Floating Hospital is the principal pediatric teaching hospital for Tufts University School of Medicine. Our focus and mission every day is to improve the lives of children and their families. What truly makes us different is that we treat every child as if they were our own.
The Floating Hospital for Children has a well-deserved reputation for excellence in pediatric training based on more than one hundred years of experience in patient care, education and research. Our goal is to train pediatricians to be well prepared for the challenges of pediatric practice or subspecialty training.
Our faculty and residents know each other well and support each other in their endeavors. Residents and faculty of our program work closely together in a collaborative environment leading to a tailored, mentored pediatric education.
