Outpatient Referrals

Physicians wishing to refer a patient to an individual specialist or service for an outpatient consultation should contact the specific physician or service directly.

If you need assistance making an appropriate referral, please contact the department chair or division chief of the given specialty.

To Admit a Patient

If you would like to refer a patient for admission to Floating Hospital for Children, our hospitalists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 877-KIDS-FHC (877-543-7342). 

Referring physicians can also call a particular service or attending physician directly via the page operator, 617-636-5114.
