Asian Access Program

The Asian Access Program serves the Chinese and Vietnamese communities, providing information on how to navigate the hospital healthcare system.

Hours

Monday - Friday
9:00 - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Hours are by appointment only

English/Chinese/Vietnamese staff and volunteers are available to answer questions related to:

• Availability of services and location in the hospital
• Help in accessing hospital services
• Billing and financial concerns
• Health education resources
• Information and referral to community services

We also provide patient escort services to assist patients in finding their way to appointments.You do not have to be a patient of Tufts Medical Center.
