Floating Hospital for Children in Boston is the full-service children's hospital of Tufts Medical Center, the principal children's teaching hospital of Tufts University School of Medicine. Floating Hospital for Children offers a comprehensive range of pediatric services from prevention and primary care to the most sophisticated treatment of rare and unusual conditions. Our focus and mission every day is to improve the lives of children and their families. At our children's hospital, we treat each child as if they are our own.

NEQCA receives top marks for clinical quality in primary care New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA), which includes more than 500 physicians at Tufts Medical Center and Floating Hospital for Children and more than 1,000 physicians throughout Eastern Massachusetts, scored above quality benchmarks in every clinical primary care measure rated by Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) in its annual report. Tufts MC and Floating join Harvard Pilgrim’s new lower cost network Tufts Medical Center and Floating Hospital for Children have joined forces with Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan to participate in a new lower cost health plan.
